These can also be sized up or down to fit other-sized substrates. Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as special inks and substrates. I will not give refunds if the image does not press well because you didn't use a sublimation substrate or did not get good results due to user error. I am happy to work with you if the issue is a design issue.
Please keep in mind that colours can vary from computer to computer, printer to printer, and depends on the inks and substrates used. I will not refund for slight colour variations based on these circumstances. Please message me with any issues.
